Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and current demand, but we always aim for a smooth and timely delivery.

Shipping & Fulfillment

To ensure product availability and consistent quality, items may ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order includes multiple products, they may occasionally arrive in more than one package. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery Issues & Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and that someone is available to receive the package when required.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, addressee unavailable, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the order may be eligible for a partial refund only. Original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

If a package is returned, our team will review the shipment status and confirm available refund or reshipment options.
